Political Parties in Canada

Political parties provide the basis for Canadian government. Election choices are made simpler because Canadians can decide which candidate to vote for based on which party they wish to form the government. At this site you can connect to provincial parties and parties at work in federal politics

Political parties also structure most of work of the legislatures by organizing the members into disciplined blocs. As such, it is important to know what our political parties stand for, and how they are structured.

You can visit related sections of Canadian Politics on the Web that are dedicated to Canadian elections and legislatures
